New Functions

  • Special setting for type of unit HB-140ZM4E1
    • The maximum temperature is limited to 120°C. Reason: A safety thermostat is used with a maximum temperature of 130°C. As a result, the unit cannot be operated at a set value above 120°C.

Improvements

  • Phase detection in the event of faults on the power grid
    • In power grids with faults (harmonics caused, for example, by frequency converter in the same power grid), phase detection may be faulty when the unit is started. As a result, the error message E014 (phase missing) appears.
  • Mould evacuation with compressed air for housing size 4 units
    • The functional sequence for drain into the compressed air outlet has been adjusted.
  • Various improvements to final series testing (not relevant for end customers)
  • Measurement evaluation of Flow rate measurement for water units 200/230 °C improved
    • An adjusted tolerance value is taken into account for the edition of the error message E050 (flow rate zero); the system reacts less sensitively.

Bug fixes

  • parameter setting for Cleaning Unit Clean-5
    • The parameter ([Set value Level], [Purge Set value Level]) Are reset to the default settings after the network off/on. Changes to these parameter are not saved permanently.
  • Function [Simulate DFM As Device]
    • The act values (temperature, flow rate) of external measurement circuits are not displayed when more than 4 measurement circuits are used (e.g. 8-way manifold). From the 5th measuring circuit on, the display of the act values on the machine controls does not work.
  • Euromap 82.1 − control parameter (P, I, D)
    • The value input is not accepted if the control parameter P, I, D are changed individually and the same value is entered for all of them.

New Functions

  • Quality test extended with HB-TP180 for HB-200/230Z2B.

Improvements

  • Various texts adapted in all languages.
  • Various improvements in final series testing (not relevant for end customers).

Bug fixes

  • Remote operation active, but cannot be deactivated as the function is not shown in the [Functions] menu (only known for units with additional ZC equipment).
  • In directly cooled units (HB-100X) with additional ZG equipment, the compressed air valve is controlled during pressure relief.

  • Various improvements in final series testing (not relevant for end customers).

New Functions

  • Special execution 'Safety safety cut-out via external contact':
The unit has an additional relay that enables a safety cut-out. In normal operation, the relay is supplied with an external 24 VDC voltage. If this voltage fails, the relay falls off and switches off the unit via a potential-free contact.
  • Integration of external Flow Meter Flow-5 as “integrated” [DFM Recognition] with the function [Simulate DFM As Device]:
It is adjustable whether the temperature is transferred from the Main line or from the Return line of the individual measurement circuits to the machine control.

Improvements

  • Measurement evaluation of Flow rate measurement for water units 200/230 °C improved.
  • The ST-DOS K-374 water treatment agent was added as a pre-selectable agent.
  • The setting range for the [Sensor External Offset] parameter is extended to -10... +10 K.

Bug fixes

  • The temperature setting is not saved if the [Temp. Nom. Value Limitation] parameter is changed.
  • Some units in Euromap 82.1 are not completely translated.
  • The switching unit Vario-5 outputs the error message “overtemperature electrical part” even though the monitoring is switched off.
  • A multiple shutdown command via Euromap 82.1 causes the temperature control unit to be switch on.
  • Sporadic edition of maintenance notifications for 200/250 °C oil units.
  • The Euromap 82.1 data model has been adapted for units without frequency control so that there are no relevant functions and actual values for frequency converter.
  • The integration of external Flow-5 Flow Meter Flow-5 with more than 8 measurement circuits via protocol 1 does not work.
  • The actual value of the external sensor is always transmitted via the PROFIBUS interface, regardless of the sensor type set.

  • The measurement variables were not always compared when the measured values obtained from the quality check with the checking facility (HB-TP180/200) were adopted at a later date and not immediately after the quality check was completed.
