Special version (Appendix A): Bath temperature control

Description

With this version, no additional overpressure (system pressure) is created in the unit. air relief takes place in the open bathroom (external). The filling must be carried out via the bath. The water level in the bathroom must be at least 200 mm Main line the supply and return connections of the unit. The maximum operating temperature is 80°C.

  • Parameter [Rinse time phase 2] = 0.1 s
  • Parameter [Filling rinse time min.] = 0.1 s
  • Parameter [Venting Efficiency] = 0.1 s
  • Parameter [Rinsing/Filling Pump Speed] = OFF
  • Parameter [Vent pump speed] = OFF
  • Parameter [Number air relief] = 0
  • Parameter [Rinsing time venting phase] = 0 S

Under [Service] > [Calibrating] > [Pressure]

  • Parameter [Pressure sensor 1 Offset] = 1.5 bar
  • Parameter [Pressure sensor 2 Offset] = 1.5 bar
  • Parameter [Pressure sensor 3 Offset] = 1.5 bar (only if ZF is additional)

Hydraulics modification

  • Ventilation valve 7.7 without function. Ventilation line removed and openings on the heat transfer medium module closed.
  • Cooling water and system water switched to separate connections (shut-off device 12.1 and 12.2).
  • In addition, connection 'E' and 'F' closed with a screw plug.
