Faults are signaled on the basic screen in the status field and by the floor lighting (spotlight). In addition, an acoustic alarm (horn) informs the operator in the event of a fault. Tapping on the status field (symbol ) opens the information system. The information system displays general device information as well as information about faults and warnings that occur.

In case of alarm level faults 10–35:

  • Horn, alarm contact (additional equipment ZB) are activated and the fault is transmitted to the interface (additional ZD, ZC, ZPequipment).
  • Horn by tapping the Mute button .
  • Detect the cause of the fault. To determine the cause of the fault, click here... .
  • Acknowledge the fault by tapping on the button or by swiping to the left (Fig.). The fault is no longer present in the view.
