A hose rupture or a leakage can have disastrous consequences. This applies in particular to temperature control units with automatic refilling. When rapid detection is switched on, a hose rupture can in many cases be detected more quickly and reacted accordingly. The rapid detection is only active when there is stable pressure control (approx. 20 min after unit ON). A hose rupture is detected by a rapid change in the pressure of the system pressure. The “Broken hose rupture alarm is output immediately and switches off the unit.

Quick detection is an extension to existing leakage monitoring.

  1. On the home basic screen, tap the menu button

  2. Select [Setting] > [Miscellaneous] > [Quick Detection hose rupture]
