Access rights
User profile
The user profile prevents operating errors and improves clarity. Menu headings, functions and parameter are shown or hidden based on the set user profile.

Change user profile
To change the user profile, the four-digit access code must be entered first.
- On the basic screen, tap on the profile button
Select [User Profile]
- Set the parameter to the desired value
Operating release
The operating release level determines which functions or values can be changed. It shows which parameter is assigned to which operating release Menu structure.

Temporary operating release
When you try to change a blocked value, the access code window appears on the display. After entering the valid code, the operating release is temporarily set to the highest level (4) for a defined period of time. After the time set for the [wait reset operation release] parameter has elapsed, the valid code must be entered again or a higher level of operating approval must be set.
- On the basic screen, tap on the profile button
- Select [User Profile] and set it to “Maintenance.”
- On the home basic screen, tap the menu button
Select [Service] > [Parameter] > [command] > [Wait reset Operation Release]
- Set the parameter to the desired value
Access code
NOTE!
- When delivered from the factory, the unit 1 2 3 4's access code is.
- To prevent unauthorised access to the unit, it is recommended to change the access code after initial operation. If the current code is lost, please contact your HB-Thermdistributor.
Change access code
- On the basic screen, tap on the profile button
Select [Change Code]
- Enter an existing access code
- Enter a new access code
- Validate new access code
