procedure

ATTENTION!

cooling / switch off

  • On the basic screen, tap the function button ().
    • The unit cools down until the temperature is lower than the cooling temperature. The unit then switches off.

Remove covers / open front

  • Remove covers from the unit (→ Open unit).
  • Open the front door and fold the front completely down by loosening the two Torx screws.
  • Remove the protective cover in the electrical housing by removing the Torx screws.

Replace spare part

  • Remove the X313.x connector and the X301.x cable lights on the ZSM-61 current measurement board.
  • Remove the side mounting screws from the heat sink (①).
  • Remove the heatsink with a solid-state relay (②) (for better accessibility)
    • Pull the heatsink downwards and lift it out. Pay attention to the guide groove on the side of the heatsink.
  • Remove the ZSM-61 current measurement board
    • Remove all other connectors on the circuit board.
    • Remove the circuit board mounting screw.
    • Remove the circuit board from the holder and remove it.
  • Use the new ZSM-61 current measurement board
    • Insert the new circuit board into the holder and secure it with the mounting screw.
    • Reconnect all connectors (except X313.x).
    • Make sure that all connections are correctly attached.
  • Install the heatsink with a solid-state relay (②)
    • Install the heat sink, ensure that the guide groove is correctly aligned.
    • Secure the mounting screws (①).
  • Connect the X313.x connector to the ZSM-61 current measurement board.

Close front

  • Install the protective cover around the electrical housing and secure with Torx screws.
  • Fold up the front and secure 2x Torx screws.

Check function

  • Connect the mains-connector and switch on the main switch (QS 1).
  • Switch on the unit using the I/O button (), check the tightness and function of the unit.

Switch off

  • Switch off the unit using the I/O button ().
    • The unit switches off and, if necessary, is cooled and depressurised.
  • Switch off the main switch (QS 1).
