The listed maintenance work is required for optimal and trouble-free operation. If signs of increased wear are detected during regular checks, it is necessary to shorten maintenance intervals in accordance with the actual signs of wear and tear. Maintenance intervals also vary depending on water quality, operating conditions and installation location. For more information or if you have any questions about maintenance work and service intervals, please contact your HB-Therm distributor (www.hb-therm.com).

The heating, cooling, pump, fan, cooling water filter, return line filter, filling valve and air relief valve components are integrated into the integrated maintenance interval system. On the basic screen, under the maintenance symbol (), the progress of the upcoming maintenance is shown as a percentage. As soon as one of these maintenance intervals reaches 95%, the required maintenance is signaled by the warning symbol () in the register on the main screen.

Reset maintenance interval

After the maintenance work has been carried out, the corresponding maintenance interval must be reset.

By tapping on the edit symbol, the menu level (Service Maintenance Reset Maintenance) is opened and the desired maintenance interval can be reset.

  1. On the home basic screen tap the profile button ().
  2. Select [User Profile].
  3. Set the parameter to “Maintenance.”
  4. Select [Service] > [Maintenance] > [Reset] > [Maintenance] > [...].
  5. Tap the reset symbol () to reset progress to 0 %.

Or

  1. On the home basic screen, tap the tab symbol ().
  2. Tap the edit symbol () on the maintenance interval display. The symbol is only visible in the “Maintenance” user profile.
→ The menu level opens directly (Service > Maintenance > Reset > Maintenance).
  3. Tap the reset symbol () to reset progress to 0 %.
