ATTENTION!

The electrical and hydraulic requirements must comply with the information in the technical data. Click here for more information

Electrical

Have electrical connections made by qualified electricians under the following conditions:

  • Make the electrical connection only after the hydraulic connections have been made.
  • The Mains voltage, frequency and pre-fuse of the temperature control unit must comply with the information on the nameplate and in the technical data → click here

Procedure:

  1. Establish an electrical power connection
  2. Optional connect data interfaces, external control and/or external sensors → click here

Hydraulic

Have hydraulic connections made by qualified hydraulic personnel under the following conditions:

  • Screw connections and hose lines must comply with the specifications in the technical data (pressure and temperature resistance).
  • If the recommended hose connection cannot be connected to the external heat transfer circuit, to achieve the smallest pressure losses, a reduction in bore must be carried out on the external heat transfer circuit and not on the unit.
  • Use assembly paste for all screw connections, as they tend to get stuck (especially stainless steel on stainless steel).
  • The M8 metric hexagon socket screw for the attachments and accessories must be tightened with a maximum torque of 20 Nm.
  • To make optimum use of the cooling capacity of the temperature control unit, keep the cooling water outlet as short as possible and without backpressure.
  • Secure hose connections sufficiently from direct contact to avoid the danger of scalding.

Procedure:

  1. Connect attachments and accessories
  2. Connect the cooling water inlet and outlet
  3. Connect the Main line and Return line
  4. Optional connect system water input and outlet → click here
  5. Optional connect compressed air input and output → click here
