Determination and adjustment of limit valuesLink to Determination and adjustment of limit values

The Main line, Return line and external temperatures as well as the flow rate have a direct influence on the process and are therefore monitored. In the default setting, the limit values for process monitoring are determined and applied “automatically” after each device is started, according to the set monitoring level.

  1. On the home basic screen, tap the menu button
  2. Select [Monitoring] > [Monitoring Type]

  3. Set the parameter to the desired value

On the basic screen, this setting is shown by the monitoring icon:

Off

There is no automatic monitoring

automatically

The unit automatically determines and sets the limits. Manual setting is not possible

NOTE!

If the monitoring type act set to “Off,” the process is not monitored. This can lead to poor production.

Monitoring levelLink to Monitoring level

The monitoring level determines how closely the tolerances are calculated and applied when setting automatic limit values.

  1. On the home basic screen, tap the menu button
  2. Select [Monitoring] > [Monitoring Level]

  3. Set the parameter to the desired value

On the basic screen, this setting is shown by the monitoring icon:

fine

Tight tolerances for precision processes (minimal) 1,0 K

middle

Medium tolerances for standard processes with increased requirements (minimal) 5,0 K

rough

Large tolerances for standard processes (minimal) 10,0 K

Recalculate detectLink to Recalculate detect

  1. On the home basic screen, tap the menu button
  2. Select [Monitoring] > [Reset Monitoring Limits]

  3. Tap on the play symbol to start the process.

All activated limit values are automatically recalculated and adjusted during operation — depending on the process and the selected monitoring level.

NOTE!

The symbol of the parameter [Reset Monitoring Limits] indicates that the limit value calculation is active →

NOTE!

Only active monitored limits (slider switched on ) are automatically recalculated and applied.
