The e-cockpit app enables simple and convenient control system of Thermo-6 temperature control units and digital services via smartphone or tablet. It offers numerous functions for users with or without the Interface Server Gate-6.
Options/functions with the e‑cockpit app
The e-cockpit app makes it possible to use the functions listed below anytime and anywhere — regardless of whether a Interface Server Gate-6 is connected or not. All you need is an Internet connection and the one-time recording of the temperature control units Thermo-6.

additional opportunities/functions with a Interface Server Gate-6
With a connected Interface Server Gate-6, the e-cockpit app enables local access to this and the temperature control units Thermo-6 connected to it via Bluetooth. For communication to work, the smartphone or tablet must be within a maximum Bluetooth range of 10 meters (with unobstructed visibility). For larger amounts of data, the app automatically switches to WiFi to ensure stable and fast transmission.
These functions make it possible to monitoring and control system the units. With the remote functions, users always have an overview of their production and can react immediately if problems arise. This gives users unrestricted access to all digital services, such as remote functions and the transmission of analysis data.
HB-Therm specific QR code scanner
The e-cockpit app also has a QR code scanner 
, which was developed specifically for the HB-Therm QR codes on units and spare parts (e.g. For help texts on parameters and fault messages). These QR codes are marked with note word e-cockpit and can only be read with the e-cockpit app scanner. Example of an HB-Therm-specific QR-Code:

The highest security standards guarantee comprehensive data protection. Remote access or send of analysis data is only possible with explicit release by the user.
With the free e‑cockpit app and the extended functions in combination with a Gate‑6 interface server, you can decide individually which digital services best suit your own requirements.
